Mrs. Carolyn Sapenter was an ambassador for change; with dedication, transparency, and innovation as the cornerstones of her philosophy. She was deeply committed to her work, sharing it openly with the different communities in the Inland Empire and encouraging active participation. Moreover, she constantly challenged herself to think outside the box, bringing a fresh and innovative approach to everything she undertook.
